Brought up on a farm in Berkshire Jo Grundy fell in love with nature and the English landscape from a young age and it is easy to see where she finds her inspiration as an artist. She has always loved art and so trained as a graphic designer working in this career for 14 years. She later took time out to have her two children and this is when she was able to develop her painting style. Now Jo works with a specific brand of paint called Jo Sonja by Chroma that comes in a beautiful range of colours that helps to give her artwork its distinctive colour palette. Jo also loves to add texture to her paintings letting her paintings evolve organically.
