The HMS DC30 shaft is connected to rubber expanders - it allows you to perform a wide range of exercises. The HMS DC30 is perfect in any kind of training and rehabilitation. The bar is used to train the upper and lower muscular parts. Training with the DC30 increases mobility and improves coordination.
As an example, we present an exercise where you stand on a bar and pull the expanders to the body, or we put the handles of the expanders on the feet and pull the bar.
