String designed for 14-inch snare drums, 24 strands of steel wire. Steel models provide a darker, sharper sound. Designed for snare drums, the PureSound Custom Pro series snare wire features medium-diameter wire strands, allowing the snare wire to be dominant in the overall sound. Speed Release Strap allows the player to disconnect snare wires for quick head or snare wire replacement. Numbered alignment marks on the straps ensure a straight and repeatable placement in the buckle. All PureSound Snare Wires are designed and manufactured in the USA.
