The Bernadotte salad serving set is made from stainless steel. It has been polished by hand to ensure the best finish. Materials: Mirror polished stainless steel Steel does not exist in native form but is a metal alloy manufactured mainly from iron. All stainless steel products are hand-polished which is a rather time consuming process performed by only the most skilledcraftsmen. 18/8 (13% chromium 10% nickel 72% steel).
