The wool is certified according to the requirements of Responsible Wool Standard. The shaped center back ensures a good fit and that the band stays put on your head, even with lots of motion. It is a voluntary global standard that ensures the well-being of sheep and the land they graze on. Inner range is already fully certified to the RWS standard - ensuring that we only use responsibly produced wool for these products. The purpose of RWS is to support and promote best practice for sheep farmers, to ensure that the wool comes from farms with a progressive approach to land management, and from sheep that have been treated responsibly. All certified partners and all steps in the supply chain, including Bergans, are checked and recertified every year by a third-party organization.
