Animal leather free footwear, made of materials with restricted environmental impact: 57 % recycled microfiber upper and 30 % lighter than suede; Gore-Tex lining laminated with 99 % recycled yarns; recycled polyester laces; coconut-latex-bamboo insole; the Vibram® N-OIL tread compound is made with over 90 % petroleum-free ingredients and colors obtained from natural pigments; the R-EVA midsole contains 20 % recycled material and is made in Italy. GORE-TEX These pores are approximately 20,000 times smaller than a drop of water but 700 times bigger than a molecule of moisture vapor. So, whilst water droplets cannot penetrate the GORE -TEX membrane, moisture vapor, namely perspiration in gas form, can easily escape.
