Fill the upper opening with liquid – only fill partially as the liquid will expand when frozen. Then place horizontally into the freezer and leave to freeze.  Before using the ice ball, leave it to stand for 5 minutes or pour water over it to melt it slightly. Remove the upper part to reveal the frozen liquid. Check the temperature by placing it against your wrist. Massage cleansed skin with the liquid using circular movements, observing 30-second intervals. Avoid further contact with your skin. Use the ball a maximum of once per day. Don’t use on wet or delicate skin (for example around the eyes). If irritation occurs, stop using the ball.
