Use a pea-sized amount of the conditioning developer in the plastic mixing tray. Shake the tint bottle 3-4 times into the developer. Use the small brush provided to apply the mixture onto one brow at a time, ensuring a precise application. Clean the edges to avoid skin staining. Set a timer for 10 minutes after applying.
