German metalcore force Annisokay, formed in Halle (Saale) in 2007, have steadily risen to become one of Europe’s most exciting heavy acts. Since their early demos and self-released EPs, the band has gone on to deliver six significant releases, including the Abyss Pt I & II EPs, and five full-length studio albums, each marking a clear step forward in both sound and reach. Their chart history in Germany underlines this rise: Enigmatic Smile (2015) entered at #68, Devil May Care (2016) at #74, Arms (2018) climbed to #26, and most recently Aurora (2021) cracked the Top 20 at #18 while also charting in Switzerland at #49. On the streaming front, Abyss Pt I and Abyss Pt II have already amassed over 36 million streams on Spotify alone, while the band counts more than 480,000 monthly listeners, proof of their growing international fanbase. Equally unstoppable on stage, Annisokay have taken their explosive live energy to the next level with the Abyss Tour and especially the Abyss Pt II Europe Tour, billed as the biggest headline run in their history with 30 shows across 14 countries, while also celebrating their biggest festival appearances to date this year at Summer Breeze and Wacken Open Air.
